  This is very true - Nishi-Shinjuku is record collector heaven! Airs is a great shop, and there are many other good shops nearby.

  sometimes it gets too crowded, but you can always count on it if you are bored. there is also no cover, you just need to buy a drink then you receive a stamp and you can re-enter Arty Farty AND it's sister bar The Annex.
