I'm lazy to check exactly from what time the buses start going back to Shibuya (I think they start going back from 3am), but yeah, they do go back.
The problem is that you need to reserve a seat as well (you reserve it from ageha), and usually, only the people who got to ageha early, manage to get seats for the returning buses. I was never before 1am there, so I never got the returning bus.
Anyhow, in the worst case the train station is just 5 minutes from the club.
For more accurate info, just check their homepage, I think they have English version.
11.00 11.30
12.00 12.15* 12.30* 12.45*
1.00 1.15* 1.30* 1.45*
2.00 2.30
3.00 3.30
4.00 4.30
*Depending on the event, this schedule can change.
In my experience, when there's a big party, there is also a looooong line of people waiting for the bus in Shibuya, so you'd better get ready to wait for a while (standing of course 'cause the line is made in the street). But most of the times, there's someone at the bus stop who would give you a ticket indicating your departure time.
Did security there a couple of years ago. They had a brazilian
night that was hot! and something to remember. Also did Sean
Paul concert there, so whether its concert or parties, Ageha is
"off the chain". When most "clubs" in Japan are like closets, this
one has a lot of space and this is what a club should look like. I
especially liked the outdoor pool terrace.
Looking forward to go there on my next trip to Tokyo, looked huuuuge from ....OUTSIDE!! -_- This was the only club in all Tokyo that gave me trouble because I was still a minor according to Japanese law. . .
By far the best club in tokyo to see major headliners... plenty of dancing space, large crowds and plenty of fun... best to go on major event nights (ex. xmas, new years, halloween).... Been lucky enough to see a good 20-30 major DJs in the past few years at Ageha.... too bad its all the way out in shin kiba though

I hate clubs, but for some reason love this place. Lets hope my opinion doesn't change.
