Cool little cafe/bar with a tree in the middle. Decent prices for food and drinks and they play cool music. It's along the main street (South Exit of Shimokitazawa Station) on the left hand side. Walk straight down and keep an eye out for the statue of a soldier mounted on the side of a building (it's covered in fairy lights) - 3rd Stone is on the 3rd floor of that building.
