The best thing about the Cotton Club is the nice leather chairs upstairs. It is the most comfortable restaurant seat in Tokyo.
According to the staff in the Caverna cigar bar (across the road) the Cotton Club owner also owns the jazz club across the road (and downstairs). -
Probably the best french fries I've had in Tokyo!

Thai Restaurant, some 5 minutes walking from Kouenji station.
Good variety of dishes, well-served and, what's more, delicious. If you are nearby, you can give it a shot, you won't regret it.

Yebisu Garden Place is packed with places.
It needs plenty of individual entries.
I live near it so walk through on the way to the station.
Highlights are the Beer Museum, Tokyo Museum of Photography and the resturants at the top of Ebisu tower.
Good place to have a date.

I would need so much more than that for describing this place.
It's located just a couple of minutes from the Main Square, and it's something totally totally different from what you might find in any other part of Cusco (and even Lima).

Nice fast-food greek cafe really close to Takadanobaba station. Different types of Pita bread gyros, salads and desserts. If you are looking for a snack (lunch menu options include also soup and salad), give it a try.
FYI, a gyro is something that looks like a taco. ^^
