Yeah Sanbancho is pretty good. They usually have good daily specials and it is true: Dog OK. They even have treats for the dogs you can buy.

Ok.. It's not really a cafe and it's not really in Ichigaya but this is a nice and spacious (very important for me) restaurant/cafe type place that I've recently been going to for lunch. They have an outside patio which is good and it's popular with the OLs too. As the website says "Dog OK"... The site does not explicitly say "Foreigner OK" but I was allowed in so I guess no problem.
