Also this is a good place for Swedish food, because not only do they have a restaurant that serves Swedish meatballs etc, they also have a foodstore where you can buy Swedish foods such as bread, fish, spices, jam, etc.

I would love to see something green. It has not rained here in Kuwait since April. I enjoyed visiting Meiji Park while I was stationed in Yokosuka. The huge trees were wonderful! I also loved Shinjuku Koen.

You know what: we weren't even 5 minutes in and a friend was showing us a *developed* polaroid taken earlier when the guy gave us a rather stern ”写真取んないでね”. And even though he said it in a way that made it sound just a casual reminder, it wasn't all that friendly either.

I've been here a few times as it is in my neck of the woods.
Definitely spot on about the Fish & Chips.
Not quite sure what is meant by 'authentic' but here you actually get a thick, big decent piece of fish as opposed to a thin slice of fish and a thick piece of batter.

Went to this place with my friends a few years ago when we visited Tokyo. The atmosphere is absolutely incredible.

1200 yen all you can drink for 2 hours. Good open izakaya with young friendly staff and friendly clientelle who often pull up a pew for a chat. Get's busy on a Friday and Saturday night. Only drawback is the 11:25 last orders.
