After exiting Harajuku Station, walk down Takeshita-dori (the famous shopping street) until you come out at Meiji-dori (the big busy street). Turn right, walk along a bit and you'll see Astro Hall on the left hand side before you reach Gap. It's in the basement of New Wave, an 8-storey building.

One of the most relaxed, chilled out cafes to enjoy coffee or a light lunch. Great music too.
