  • On Torrents: Torrent traffic
Anyone know where I can get a better cheap static IP as opposed to the one that I use now which is more or less free but will cap me if my traffic goes over a certain amount an hour? I *think* it is around 1GiB/hr.

  • My angry blog. Why don't people here walk in straight lines? I am trying to walk down the street and mind my own business and then fools walk infront of me and cut me off. So, I have to start playing dodge the people. Or the Obasans that stop in the middle of the street with 10 people behind them because they see their other old Oba friend or to look at the sky or something silly like that. Not to mention am I supposed to stay to the right or to the left? It's so confusing. In the US, when you walk forward you stay on the right side. In Japan, I thought that it was on the left but that doesn't appear to be the case usually. Even the stair cases are marked but no one looks at them, when I try to go up on the stairs in the designated up area people are always trying to come down it, and they run into me. And then get angry at *me* for not paying attention to where they are walking. After which I politely point out their mistake and send them off in a huff. All in all, I hate walking here because its almost like a video game in which I have to dodge the randomly generated people. On the upside, its even worse in Singapore.

  • How many people are changing their phones from other carriers to Softbank? Especially now since you can keep the same number with the number portability law, and that apparently it seems that calls and emails for all Softbank users will be a fixed price.

  • You know there are just some days when you feel like this, and it just can't be helped at all. Especially if it has been cloudy and rainy all week with no sunshine in sight. Where is the sunshine!?
