Not quite as high as twin peaks, but much more lush and full of trees. A good place to go hiking, but you may want to stay out of here at night, it gets a bit creepy when the ghosts from Haight St start haunting this park...

This is a great place to see contemporary art. In the past few months they have had shows ranging from Crumb's drawings, mexican street sign art, a filk festival with the theme of bad-ass japanese schoolgirls, underground music videos… etc -

I love Indian food for all it's vegetarian options, and spices. This place in the mission is the best I've had and the bext for Southern Indian cuisine. It's starting to get pretty popular, so go there now before you end up having to wait an hour outside to get in. -
I go here once a week. It's just down the hill from me, and the avocado / roasted pear / gorgonzola cheese sandwhich is so good, wth belgian fries. Mmm mm mmmm… -
