現在、シンガポールと日本に在住。
シンガポールに来る前は、イギリスの大学で考古学を専攻していました。今は、5歳と1歳になる2人の息子たちの子育てに奮闘しながら、オンライン＆オフラインでいろいろ活動中。

A Japanese, who is currently living both in Singapore and Japan (mostly in Singapore).
Before settling down in Singapore, I was majouring in Archaeology at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. Right now, working as a freelance both online and offline, while taking care of 2 very active boys, 5 years old and 1 year old.

「日本の流行やトレンドに興味があるのだけれど、言葉の壁があってなかなか情報がはいってこない！」という海外の方のために、trendspotting.jpという、日本の最新トレンドや最新商品、人気商品を、日本や日本の製品に興味をもつ海外の人々に紹介するサイトを運営しています。（現在改造中のため、一時アクセス不可になっています）

I am running a portal site called "trendspotting.jp", which broadcasts information on latest trends (all sorts of trends) in Japan, introducing Japan's coolest & latest items and popular products to the rest of the world. The site is in English, and hoping to make it possible for the users to purchase some of the items directly on the site. ;-)

My offline works include freelance translation & interpretation (especially in the fields of IT & Risk Management, Market Research), as well as market researcher.

Web-designing is almost a part of my interests. Beside my blogs and portal site, I also run a Japanese website, which provides in-depth information about living and having fun in Singapore with kids, called "sleepydays.net".
