*Design Festa Office will be closed at 20:00 on Friday November 16th, an d during the 2 days of the Design Festa vol.26 event. We will be unable to reply to emails from 12:00 until 19:00 because of preparation for the event. You can reach us by phone (at 03-3479-1433) during that time on the 16th.

Time-table for event areas has now been posted!
We have now posted the time-tables for the Outdoor live stage, Indoor show
space and the Mini-theater space!
Live shows that hit you like a tsunami of sound, dance performances that
utilize sets of sound, vision and space, original Oiran performance
reenacting the mystique of the Edo era and more!
You can check lots of original shows from all over the world on this site!
We will also soon be posting the Restaurant/Cafe & Bar information including
our special Design Festa Menus!

A new choice for your expression, Design Festa Gallery East!
Design Festa Gallery East further widens your choice of exhibition by offering larger spaces, a film screening room, spaces for large-scale installation, performance art, acoustic live-sets and so on. In addition, it has Japanese style rooms with tatami mats and a large kitchen space which can be used as a café. You can even plan an original event incorporating the whole building including show and theater spaces! Added versatility, new Design Festa Gallery EAST & WEST are offering 22 spaces for all artists.
Don't miss this art explosion in the heart of Harajuku!

What is Design Festa?
Asia's Biggest Art Event with 60,000 people!
Design Festa is biannual two day freestyle International Art Event open to artists
from all over the world, both professional and non-professional, to exhibit
their creative talent. Design Festa is the biggest art event in Asia, with
approximately 53,000 visitors and 7,000 exhibitors. The event features a wide diversity of creative work, including painting, sculpture, design, fashion and installations, as well as multimedia, film-screening, live music, and performance art, turning the event into artistic chaos.
