  I hate to admit it, but I started listening to Nick Drake because of that VW commercial that aired with Pink Moon several years back. I loved the song so much that I sought it out and fell in love with that album. It's been in constant rotation ever since.
  
  Only as of around 2006 did I find out that Nick Drake died 32 years ago (then, 34 years ago as of 2008)! I couldn't believe how amazing his music sounded. It sounded so original and separate from the era he lived in that it lived way beyond his era. I won't be surprised if my daughter listens to Nick Drake in her teenage youth.
