This is a shot taken in a village outside Siem Reap from inside a car. By no means do I pretend to be a skilled photographer of any kind, but there's something I like about the trio of ladies on the scooter, especially the last one's smile.

I have been shooting for the past seven years in the United States with a background in portrait and fashion photography. I have been working in Tokyo for the last four months.
If you are looking for a photographer, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to show you my portfolio. Prices are flexible.
I look forward to hearing from you,

This is one of my favorite photos from a trip to alaska. The colors are actually a mistake on the part of the lab. I shot this with Ilford C41 BW film. When the printed, the auto color correction got confused and resulted in a bright sepia effect. I liked the effect so much that I had a larger sepia print made for mounting.
Location Whale Bay, Prince William Sound, 400 speed film 70mm Nikon.

Love shots of tats !
Was helping my mate putting together a modeling portfolio today; would usually charge somewhere from 25,000y for a session like this. Still very cheap for what you actually get for it, I should up the prices

One of my friends here in Okinawa. Incidentally, this may be one of the girls I ask do to a photoshoot with me when she has the time. And I know that the girl she's hugging looks disturbingly like Sadako!

In the next few weeks I intend to ask a couple of girls I know if they fancy doing a small fashion photoshoot with me. It will give me some experience taking people pictures and working compositions and everything else, and will hopefully give them a decent photo or 2 to take with them.
I'll be using the following setup:
Canon EOS 20D
18-30mm lens
50mm prime lens
50-200mm lens
Only issue is that this if the first time I've tried anything like this. If anyone has any advice then can offer me and other people about how to do these (e.g. preparation beforehand, setting a theme or not, decent ideas for location, compositions etc), then please let me know. Many thanks in advance

This particular shot is of a sculpture that offered passers-by a brief moment of magnificence. It was a much cooler bit of art than I originally gave it credit for -- a moment of transformation and superstardom to any volunteer.
The event, while held in the US, always draws people from Japan as well.
much appreciated
